The widok.gov.pl system is available as a web application providing access to data for citizens, businesses, and social organisations tracking the activities of the Minister of Digital Affairs at https://widok.gov.pl.

Your personal data will be processed for a period of 10 years from the date it is entered into the widok.gov.pl system.
